23 jan 2024 · in march 2023, i opened a jcpenney card through synchrony bank. I had made a purchase and was paying it off on time. In june, i applied through a bank for a personal loan to take care of some emergency auto repairs. I have good credit and got it, however, it was contingent on them paying off the two cards i had. 2 oct 2022 · the bad news, this credit card probably has an interest rate of 25% or so if you do not pay it off.
Just pay it off every time you get the bill. Smart thing, buy only a low amount on it.
